Preggers in Pink

With just a few weeks left of my pregnancy, I've been trying to get out as much as possible. This past weekend I was able to get away to celebrate a friend's birthday, and it was the perfect time to wear my super comfortable bright pink maternity maxi dress from Pink Blush Maternity. I did a layered necklace look in gold, along with some dangling gold earrings. For makeup, I went with fun gold eyes and bright pink lips. I chose a tan colored headband to wear in my hair. I wanted the look to be loose and natural. Garage Sale Style

You might not think that you can find fashionable clothes at garage sales. But I beg to differ. You can find basics that can easily be combined with other pieces to create totally stylish outfits- and the best part is that you won't have to break the bank to do it! Check out these two looks that I created using garage sale finds. 1. Denim Skirt + Vest   This denim skirt and pinstripe vest are basic, versatile pieces. I created a look that adds a pop of color with lime green to the outfit for a fun, spring vibe. You can do a denim-on-denim look and spice it up with vibrant accessories. ________________________________________ 2. Floral Top + Denim Jacket   A floral top is perfect for spring, and a denim jacket is a classic piece that works great for spring layering. In this look, I chose to add more color with the additional pieces. I love how this look is girlie and seasonal. Next time you're at a garage sale, think outside the box when i

Spring Maternity Stripes

I've been looking forward to wearing cute spring maternity clothes for a long time. And now that we have consistently warm weather in the forecast, I'm breaking out my spring maternity pieces. The focus of this look is on the striped shirt- which I love because it is bright and colorful! I kept with the striped theme by choosing a pair of slip-on denim & white canvas shoes.   I added a fun vintage element by wearing a necklace and earrings that used to be my grandmother's. I chose a springy pink/purple color scheme for my eye makeup.   Jeans, Ross / Multi-Colored Striped Tank Top , Pink Blush Maternity / Canvas Shoes , Target
