In the last post I did about my favorite beauty products, I included the Pacifica Kale Charcoal Ultimate Detox Mask . I love it so much, I wanted to dedicate a post to it. I initially wanted to try it because I have been making more of an effort to use plant-based products that are better for my sensitive skin. It's 100% vegan and made with charcoal, clay, willowherb, aloe vera and kale extract. Without irritating fragrances or other bad-for-your-skin ingredients, I knew it was worth trying. Unlike other face masks I have used in the past, I can actually feel this one working. Like, it tingles and I know that some kind of magic is happening. Plus, it also changes colors as it sits, so you know when it's almost time to wash it off because you look less like a ninja turtle and more like some other kind of green mutant. My daily beauty routine tends to change about once or twice a year and usually consists of a go-to set of rotating products. Whether they change by the season, or whenever I want to try something new, I often find faves that I use regularly.
